 Post subject: alias name +password doesnt work at a2Bcustomer_UI

hello there

This is a newbee of a2B Now I can log in as administrator to A2B
but as customer I always get information : blocked account
even use " alias name" as userID and "password "as password
I use 1.2.3 upgraded from 1.0.7 in according with doucments in www.sureteq.com

Any hints? I do appreciate any help.

Have you checked "ACTIVATED" property in the card profile? Is it "YES"?
