How do I set the permissions for ACL Admin a2b UI?

In the PERMISSION section I have:

CUSTOMERS
BILLING
RATECARD
TRUNK
... etc

... but I can't modify them there.

Also couln't find any prevoius posting, that explains how.
Help on this is very appreciated!

Actually - I figured it out meanwhile (while studying the related ./var/www/html/a2billing/Public/form_data/FG_var_user.inc file):

Any selected (highlighted) entries in the PERMISSIONS list will show up on the sub-admin's logon.

BUT HERE IS NOW THE REAL CHALLENGE:

How can one remove (or hide) items from the categories, for example:

In the CUSTOMERS section, take out entries with SIP and IAX friends.

Now, who can answer this question? (and who is the first, not in a month or a year. )

This will request a different implementation of ACL into A2Billing.
It will be much more complex and need bunch of work around to have this done
