I am trying to rig a standard calling card function. This is what happen so far:
- The user calls in to his access number
- The call is being forward to a2billing and receive the "enter your PIN number" IVR.
- No matter what number value do I insert in the IVR, it never allow access.
1. is the PIN number value expected should be equal to a Ratecard "CARD NUMBER" value? or is it a different value?
2. If I understand this correctly, the PIN number's value associate the incoming call to a specific rate card? The calls get charged according to that rate card per/min costs?
3. Does the IVR expect a # sign at the end of the PIN number?
4. I modified the a2billing.conf and added agi-conf3 plan. I modified the len_cardnumber value from default 10, to 11 to allow for the #. Didn't help either.
any ideas?
