 Post subject: DIDs IN Customer UI

Guys I have a strange problem. I imported all the DID to the system. I can see them even i can assign them from admin interface but i cant see them in customer interface.

Any Hint :)

Ensure the customer you are testing with is a member of the DID group you added the DIDs to.

Hi,

I recently installed a2billing 2.0 and I am experiencing same issue, I can only see country but not DID number in customer UI and customer is member of the DID group. I assigned a DID to a customer in Admin UI and I can see the DID in customer UI, I am able to add a phone number and release DID but not able to purchase a DID.

Any ideas how to solve this issue?

Hello!
I have the same problem with A2Billing v 2.0.1 and in my second A2Billing system (v 2.0.14).
Is there anyone who can solve this issue or just point where to look?
Thanks in advance.

After hours of struggling I found the problem.
To list the DID, it should available and all the groups (Customer, DID) have to match in order the DID to show in the list.
