V1.3 and header.tpl

Hi

I'm trying to make some changes to the header of the customer interface... whatever changes I make in the header.tpl its not making any diff... Is this a known bug?

The footer.tpl seems to be working fine. The issue is only with the header.

30 seconds with grep told me that whilst footer.tpl is mentioned in 27-28 files, header.tpl is mentioned only twice in templates/*/PP_error.tpl
