Hi all... These is my first post in the forums, so, by the way, I going to introduce myself :D... My name is Javier and I am from Chile, the ass of the world, but a good place and nice people. I work for an ISP in a nice city called "Villarrica" next to "Pucon" city, a wonderful place for your vacations, very very nice.

I'm recently exploring and implementing asterisk with A2Billing for VoIP services. By the way, A2Billing 1.3.4

I need to change the default customer language from english to spanish. I have no idea how to do this...

Any idea or comment will be nice!.

Adios and thanks for helping!

Chili, el culo del mundo, no creo :-)

First of all if you are starting, please install our last A2Billing release 1.4.4

You will see that when you edit a customer, you can change the language.

A2Billing support Spanish, English and French on IVR, so if all is well installed
your customer might hear the IVR in Spanish once you made the language update.

Un saludo,
/Areski

Saludos.

No soy Catalan, soy Belga ;)

You need to keep any post in the forum in English so that everybody understand and that can take reference for later.

The only thing you need to move to 1.4.x, it s to upgrade the Database, it's a sensible process so you need to backup your database first
and then apply the different script we provide for upgrade.

Then you need to reinstall the new, UIs, and AGI, as well as the callback daemon.

Yours,
/Areski

I would like to apologize for this.
Not all chileans are so stupid to call this wonderfull country "the ass of the world".
I love my country and I xpect some minimum respect, specially from chileans themself.
Sorry if I'm out of line for this forum, but I couldn't resist.

We understand it was badly translated sentence to say "el culo del mundo",
it's not easy for everybody to write in English.

Hello,

This is an old post but I do have a problem with the interface.

BTY, the right translation is "En el culo del mundo" means the last frontier  also "en el rabo(tail) del mundo"

My problem is that the customer is not able to display the interface in Spanish. I do have configure to force the language to es also, the customer information has ES as default language.

Using 1.7.1. Not matter if yo change the selection from the drop down menu to spanish, everything shows in EN after the customer log in.

Please advise.
