I have just installed the new version 1.2.3. While checking the languages, I have realized some of the languages are having a problem by not showing certain letters and instead shows ? (question marks). This is especially showing on a lot of letters on Turkish language. When I looked at the PO file, I have realized those letters were missing which happens when you edit and save the file in Unix without setting the correct char-set with your SSH/TELNET client.

When I tried to correct this by editing the file with POEDIT, and getting the MO file in to the proper place, it still does not want to show those characters.

Am I missing a step?
