Hi all,

I'm trying to use iaxweb phone in customer interface.But when I open it I get the following logs

chan_iax2.c: Host 192.168.1.34 failed MD5 authentication for '1651561505' (c61565192fed6c9eb0afc15b8788f948 != c5f8d2a1a815932c453b6050114a4902)

The buttons are not also working.I've spend a reasonable amount of time for this but won't succeed.Please help

a2billlers,
You really only need to:
a) enable the webphone
b) give it a valid host to use, ip if your name doesn't resolve (host -v [host or ip])

set these in /etc/asterisk/a2billing.conf

It just works, I have issues with the buttons not working too, but I guess we will need to look to the applett developers site for answers on this. Just click in the input box & type the number with the keypad, click the go button and make a call.

If you have an account that can make calls (test with softphone IAX type that does ulaw, alaw, gsm, not sure what codec the webphone app uses). and the above set, it should work. Check your IAX friend config to make it is in the right context (a2billing ?) and that no entry in MD5 password etc.
Your log says "Host 192.168.1.34 failed MD5 authentication".
