Hi,

Is there any elegant way to disable Radio Buttons in Agent's WEB interface?
ie the LOCK option (Yes, No)

I can understand that sth has to be done in "agent/Public/form_data/FG_var_card.inc" in order to achieve this but I can't get it through.

Here is the AddEditElement form:
Code:
   $HD_Form -> AddEditElement (gettext("LOCK"),
               "block",
               '0',
               "RADIOBUTTON",
               "",
               "",
               gettext("Choose if you want to enable the lock on this account"),
               "" , "", "", "Yes :1, - No:0", "", "" , "", gettext("Enable lock for this account."));

The field "Yes:1, - No:0" describes the radio button values and I want to put there the "disabled" keyword in order to make it inactive and grayed out.

Any hints?

Thanks,
Tasos

Anyone please?

All I want to do is to hide particular fields from agent interface.
I can easily disable List menus and Text Input fields but RADIO buttons are driving me crazy!
:laugh:

Thanks.

Hi,

This might not be the best way for what you are asking, but, you might be able to "hide" complete menu items by editing /agent/Public/templates/default/main.tpl

Again this is not the best way but it might work for you.

Kind Regards,

Les
