How do you restrict the Customer interface for the customer?

I found instructions on this forum for version 1.4 but they do not seem to apply for 1.7.1

What I would like to do is to prevent the customer to edit his personal information, and also to restrict some of the options to show under the GUI.

In my version of a2billing under the group webcustomerui, I only have 5 records, they are WebPhone Server which is not there, CallerID Limit , Notifications Modules, Return URL distant login, Return URL distant forget password.

I may have some records missing, but I am not sure, since I did a clean install on another server and the same 5 records show up, but when looking at the information on the forum for version 1.4 there is a lot more than 5 records for the group webcustomerui.


For example to restrict customer from editing the personal information, I added in a2blling.conf
[webcustomerui]
;Enable or disable the page which allow customer to modify its personal information
personalinfo = no

But is had no effect, it did nothing, and the persolinfo option is not available under the admin web gui for group webcustomerui, however it is available for the agent under the group webagentui

Is this a bug? What am I doing wrong?
Please help me restrict the customer interface in version 1.7.1
