 Post subject: Unable to Forward DID to international number

Hi, in the customer interface, when i try to forward the DID to an international number, ie 011507XXXXXXXX, the 0 gets chopped off.

So 011507XXXXXXXX will look like 11507XXXXXXXX after I save the settings.

If I try a US number it works fine. I put 1516XXXXXXX and it shows up correct after I save it.

Hi

If you have your rates in international format, e.g. without the leading 00 or 011, and then put in number in to forward without the international prefix, it should work for you.

If your carrier needs a 011, you can always add it back at the trunk.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Is this behavior by design? That would work but I would like to make it uniform for the user. Ie they use the same format (with 011) in the customer UI that they use to call international from their phones. I would like to avoid creating another set of rates.

Also, this behavior is not true via the Admin UI, I can add the 011 via the admin UI.
