Hi, I'm running A2Billing 1.8.5 (Corylus) and want to add 3 x 'fee seconds' packages into 1 x call plan. The reason being is because I want to offer a calling bundle to customers as follows:
- 1,200 free seconds for calls to mobiles, with any seconds over this amount to bill at standard mobile rates
- 30,000 free seconds for calls to select international destinations, with any seconds over this amount to bill at a single international rate.
- 120,000 free seconds for calls to local numbers, with any seconds over this amount to bill at standard local rates,

I will then create an appropriate subscription service to bill customers on a monthly basis. As you will see, one can only add 1 x package to a call plan, so am asking if anybody out there has any solutions to my issue i.e. how do you offer more than one free seconds package to a single call plan.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

anyone else has any idea how to make that happens?

how to provide customer with more than one package offer?

I noticed that in the documentation there's a mention to PACKAGE GROUP but as far as I know theres is not such option in version 1.9.4. Is it?

I believe that cold solve my problem if it exists and I could assign a group of package instead of a package, to the customer.

Is the documentation wrong as in the item 2 in the link below?

Hi

It's seconds per customer, the package group does not exist after the the release of 1.4 beta, as it did not work well.

I will update the docs accordingly.

Hi Joe

This is a very important variant of the option that would allow flexibility.
Any chance to get it working?
In my opinion it is a Must to have option.
People normally sell a combination of package combining X minutes to mobile numbers and y minutes to land line numbers.
Another example would be offer different gratuity of minute to different destinations in one package.

Does it make sense to have a second look in the importance of this option?

Till now I hadn't find a limitation in a2billing I couldn't live without, but this one is very important.

Can you discuss that with developers?

Many thanks Joe
Renato

Hi,
I am in need for this feature as well. I was looking on the net for the files from version 1.4 to see a possible implementation, I am unable to pull this version from GIT. I noticed the DB still has the tables for a possible implementation. Does somebody know where I can redownload this file?

Thanks

In need exactly that too, even though I'm not alone, I thought it was getting stupid for not finding. How are they doing this when Renato, or do nothing?
