Hi Guys,

I am thinking to install a2billing on our system so we can control the customer bills...

I would like to ask a couple of questions that let me decide whether or not is a good idea to install it.

As far as I understand, all the calls are going through a2billing that keep a record of them. A rate card is setup on the system so that every call can have its price. is that correct?

Our Customer would like to receive a pdf invoice at the end of each month. Would it be possible to setup a2billing to auto-generate the the pdf with the amount to pay and the details of all the calls? (destination, duration, price)

You are correct in your assessment of A2Billing.

A PDF invoice is not generated, but a customer can log in to the customer portal and print the printer friendly HTML invoice to PDF or paper.

CDR are not included on the invoice, but they can view them online.
