I need to caller ID code to VOIP username in packets sent to the carrier, currently the SIP packets sent are in the form :

From: "993510080126" <sip:[email protected]>;tag=as043febcb

I need to replace 993510080126 with the VOIP username of that particular account code, any suggestions please ?

Note. I am using latest A2B and this is a requirement for a test environment, everything else is working just fine.

Is that the caller ID name or number that needs replacing? If it's the number could you do it by editing the settings in agi-conf to force a spacific caller ID for a customer?

The relevant settings would be -

auto_setcallerid=Yes
cid_sanitize=CID

Then assign the caller ID you want to the a2billing account.
