I have a problem with some phones where a2billing reads duplicate number from the user input. Has anyone encounter this before?

mostly, it is your voip service provider problem.

What do you mean. I am not sure I understand. I did a little more digging arround, and i found that problem occurs with motorola and sony erricson phones. When they are asked to enter their pin number or destination number instead of get_data recieving 713 555 1111 which they enter, get data result is 771133555555111111. How do we explain this? Any further assistance will be appreciated.

please note your dialed number is reperted, it mostly caused by your provider does not handle the DTMF properly,
for my case, I tested on voipbuster, sometimes the dialed number is repeat (same as you), and most time it is ok,

WHat do you mean? its running through my platform. How do you fix the dtmf problem. It does happen with all phones.

For my case, This issue happened on callback via SIP channel througt one voip service provider sometimes. there is not same issue on ZAP channel.

you encouter this problem on what channel ?

please check if dtmf mode in your system is same with viop provider.

I have same trouble. about 6-7 out of 10 calls have doubled digits.

and I do not use any Sip In my case I make call from mobile

my mobile---> GSM gateway---->Zaptel(TDM400)-->Trixbox

Please help me out.
