Hi Guys,

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this question, however I'll give it a shot.

We've installed A2B and had a bit of play and like what we see. We think we can use it for an upcoming product, but we have one requirement that either A2B doesn't cater for or we're not sure how to go about it if indeed it does exist.

The requirement is around invoicing. We notice that customer groups can be set-up, but it seems you can't bill/invoice a 'group' (or at least I can't see it).

What we'd like to be able to do is create a group, with 3 customers in it (assume for our sake, a group is an 'account' or 'parent' and customers are 'VoIP lines'). We'd then like to bill the 3 customers (VoIP Lines) as individual line items on a single invoice to the the group (account/parent).

For example:

Code:
-- Group (account/parent) (12345) <- billing/invoicing takes place up here, for all services under this Group
  |-- Customer (voip line) (845222)
  |-- Customer (voip line) (845223)
  |-- Customer (voip line) (845224)

Am I making sense?

Our reason is that with our business model, we're dealing with customers that will have more than one VoIP service (say 2 VoIP services, each with a DID etc). We want to keep them separate as we want separate CLI's, billing records etc for each customer/line for reporting purposes.

We still may have customers who only purchase one line from us, however in this instance it would still be safer to add them to their own group/account/parent and bill it like that, in case they want more customers/voip lines later.

Is this possible? If so, any pointers on how/where this can be done? Am I dreaming?

cheers,

Andrew
