Hello Team,

You set us a server to the date of 27.09.2013 if you remember, we are facing a problem on setting a customer and calls for Wholesale. We added a section for this in the a2billing_extension.conf look like this :

[a2billing-wholesale]
; Inbound calls should be pointed here for Calling Card IVR. Don’t forget
; to add a new agi-conf2 for calling card customers and adjust as desired.
exten => _X.,1,AGI(a2billing.php,2)
exten => _X.,n,Hangup

the message back from the server is :
NOTICE[2291] chan_sip.c: Call from '1234567890' (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:61972) to extension '1001' rejected because extension not found in context 'a2billing-wholesale'.

Or even any number we try?!! Do you know why? We added a an agi-conf2 with the specific conditions for wholesale but no call go through, please help!!!

Hi

This usually means that the number called does not match the extension pattern (_X.) but clearly 1001 does, so the second possibility is that the dialplan is not registered in Asterisk, dialplan show a2billing-wholesale will confirm this at the Asterisk CLI. Also make sure you reload Asterisk after making any changes.
