Hello,
I have enabled the call transfer in a2billing by setting ALLOWTRANSFER to YES.
I am able to transfer to local extensions and off net mobile numbers. I noticed a billing discrepancy with the latter:
A mobile (A-party) calls my a2b DDI (B-party, voip phone) > the call is answered (the duration of the call is, say 1 min)
B-party does an assisted call transfer to an off net number C (this can be a landline or a mobile) and hangs up, B pays the call rate for the B to C call and the remaining duration of the transferred call
A talks to C for another 2min and then hangs up
Now, B should pay for the 2min of the transferred call but a2billing CDR shows 3min call (A to B + the transferred call) billed at the B to C rate.
Basically it looks like B pays for the incoming call at the outgoing call rate.
I do not bill for A-legs and "normal" incoming calls from PSTN to my DDIs are not charged.
Has anyone came across this situation? Is there a setting to change the way a2b bills transferred calls?
Marcin
