Hi everybody,
I've to do some configurations but documentation that I found here: http://www.asterisk2billing.org/documen ... rate-card/
isn't helping me.

I explain you what I have to do that conceptually is pretty simple:

1. Introduce peak and off peak rates that are different

2. Introduce, only for some routes, a connection fee (i.e. 15 €cents for each call of a specific route)

3. Introduce, only for some routes, a minumum charge of 60 seconds of conversation (i.e. if my call is 30 seconds long, I'll pay it like a call 60 seconds long)

4. Introduce, only for some routes, a minumum charge of 60 seconds of conversation and also charging in advance 60 seconds (i.e. if my call is 70 seconds long, I'll pay it like a call that is 120 seconds long)

I'm sure that I'll solve introducing additional fields to import from the CSV file.
But which are the additional fields that I need and formatting rules that I need to use for my CSV new columns?
I usually import my currency like Unit.

Thank you very much for all your help! :)

Hi

You can do this in the rates, either manually or as an import, it's quite straightforward if you inspect the help text when you create a new rate.

Hi Joe!
Thank you for your answer! I always imported my ratecard by csv file so I didn't remember that, in the page where we can create a new rate manually, there are so many informations. Thanks!

If I understand correctly, for my second point we can use CONNECT CHARGE (Apply a connect charge) field, for my third point we can use SELLRATE MIN DURATION (Set the minimum duration to charge the customer) and for my fourth point we can use SELLRATE BILLING BLOCK (Set the billing increment in seconds to bill your customer).

Is it right?

For my first point, what do you suggest me?
As I see from the same screen, the only way to define peak/off-peak rates is create multiple rate card for different time of days. Do you confirm?

Thank you very much for your help. Have a nice day.
Regards.

Guido
