I am trying to test agent setup and I am confused about some of the
information I am seeing. In the CDR the "sell rate" and
"sell" are both the same amounts (.002) though duration is different; why is this?

Sell Rate Duration Sell
0.002 USD 00:06 0.002 USD

0.002 USD 00:33 0.002 USD


Also, why does "sell rate" in CDR say .002 when in the rate card the "sell rate" is
.05?

Finally, why does the "call type" say standard when I am using a pstn trunk?
