I have a problem where I would like the customer to be prompted to enter a new PIN number if they do not have enough credit. This CID is then assigned to customer number They are authenticated against the CID. Here are the parameters I changed.
cid_enable =yes cid_askpincode_ifnot_callerid =yes auto_setcallerid = yes notenoughcredit_cardnumber =yes notenoughcredit_assign_newcardnumber_cid=yes cid_askpincode_ifnot_callerid =yes
What happens now is after the first call the CID is assigned to the customer number and it does not keep prompting to enter a new PIN number which is expected. When the balance reaches 0 or below the required amount to call, I was expecting the prompt for a new PIN number and the CID assigned to that new customer number.
I would really like some help with this as I cannot see why this is not working.
