Hello,
I have migrate from a server which was working fine, I had exported the A2B DB to the new server and the only issue I have is the fact that new caller ID used to auto create account , now it everything except the account creation,
Scenario: when new caller ID is detected by A2B Version 2.0.14 , it should do the following:
cid_auto_create_card = YES
cid_auto_create_card_typepaid =PREPAID
cid_auto_create_card_credit =0
cid_auto_create_card_credit_limit =0
cid_auto_create_card_tariffgroup= 1 which is the default group I
but the result is similar to this:


CALLERID ACCOUNT NUMBER CUSTOMER NAME ACTIVATED ACTION
1235763xxxx Active Edit this CallerID Delete this CallerID ADD PAYMENT ADD REFILL

Therefore when the same CID calls the system it has the msg: sorry your authentication has failed

While searching for the solution at this problem mentioned above, I noticed that the manual card creation is functioning. when trying to create a customer manually, you get the message" Your new Card hasn't been inserted."
I believe somewhere in log we could see more details.
Please assist.
