Hi all,

My question is certainly very basic, but, as I can´t find a reasonable answer on the Internet, I have no alternative. It is about a very basic setup on LAB environment. The thing is, when I try to make a call between sip softphones, it is executed the file prepaid-sipx-press9.gsm asking for sip or iax and the number I want to call to.
I am trying to disable it but until now no success. I dont wanna hear nothing at all, just place calls. I tried "play_audio No but nothing. That´s it, thank you in advanced.

Best to use the DID functionality to make calls between phones.

Just in case someone else fall in the same situation, I am gonna tell you how can you disable the prompt.
agi_conf :

sip_iax_friends============================> Change to NO

and

File_conf_enter_destination=================>Delete 'prepaid-enter-dest'

That´s it guys!
