Hello, last week a client dial a number to an expensive destination, he usually do that but the duration of the calls is no more than 5 Minutes, but last week, he didn't hang up the call or i dont know what happen, the thing is that the call takes all the remaining credit (18 USD) and the call duration was of 45:30 Min, so he asked me to limit the duration of his calls to 15 Min, but i don't know how to do that :s, does somebody knows ?, Thanks

Hello,

you configure a specific context for the client and in this context:

[clienteX]
exten => _X.,1,NoOp(Call from Client X)
same => n,Set(TIMEOUT(absolute)=900)
same => n,Goto(a2billing,${EXTEN},1)
same => n,Hangup

You set the function TIMEOUT(absolute) to 15 minutes (900 seconds), the send the call to the context you have the A2Billing AGI.

Regards

- Bakko
