My problem is that when there's an incoming call in a2billing, and we want to give back a code (busy, temporarily unavailable, etc), a2billing picks up the call and then it says for example that 'the user is temporarily unavailable'. I don't want that, because that way the call has a duration, and will cost a certain amount of money.

Any idea how could I fix this? What sould I do, where should I search for the settings?

On outgoing calls, how can I set the SIP providers early media to be accepted? For example 'this number is not found, please check the number and try again', etc.

Thanks in advance.

Hi

In respect of your point 1, you should not answer the call either in dialplan or in the AGI-Conf, this will solve your issue.

My problem has been solved: I had to disable 'Answer' in the SQL (answer_call=no).

But now I have another question: if someone call a number that is not in the database, how can I give back 'Not found' instead of 'Decline'?

Thanks in advance.
