My problem is that when there's an incoming call in a2billing, and we want to give back a code (busy, temporarily unavailable, etc), a2billing picks up the call and then it says for example that 'the user is temporarily unavailable'. I don't want that, because that way the call has a duration, and will cost a certain amount of money.
Any idea how could I fix this? What sould I do, where should I search for the settings?
On outgoing calls, how can I set the SIP providers early media to be accepted? For example 'this number is not found, please check the number and try again', etc.
