Hi folks,

I have a problem that I need your help with.

Basically the setup is like this. I have a a2b server, and seperate client pbx-es that my phones are connected to. When a client picks up the phone, the client pbx routes the call to a2b, which will search for an appropriate rate and will then pass the call forward. Pretty straight forward I would assume.

except that it doesn't work!

Hi

Check that set use_CLID is set to no, you cannot use this method of authentication with VoIP.

I assume that you have one PBX per customer, you are not trying to put multiple customers on one PBX, because in this case, the solution may be different.

Thanks for the reply. You assume right that I have 1 customer per pbx. I checked a couple of times, but I cannot find the setting you mention. I have 6 occurences of the word "clid" on the global setting page.

Yes more accurately:

CLID Enable cid_enable No enable the callerid authentication if this option is active the CC system will check the CID of caller . agi-conf1

It has been set to "No" from the beginning. So no change. Any more suggestions?
