 Post subject: DTMF issue after call connected

Hi,
I am using A2Billing v2.1.0

i have a small issue which i am not able to fix it.

My customer is dialing one office landline number through the sip phone.

Destinations seems to be having some PBX and it is answering the call and requesting to enter the extension of the person to which he needs to speak or pls wait for manual assistance.
At that time ,my customer is entering the extension number[DTMF keys] and those dtmf keys are not getting detected and call is getting transferred to manual assistant.

I tried both inband and rfc32...

Please advise on it, how to debug.

Hi

There is an Asterisk setting to log DTMF to the console or logfile, you should be able to determine where the DTMF is lost , between the customer and you, or the you and the carrier.

Furthermore, you could write a few lines of Asterisk dialplan to capture the DTMF and play it back, to help you confirm where it's being lost.

RFC2833 usually works for me.
