 Post subject: RATE ENGINE ERROR

Dear Friends,
this errors has been started couple of days before I have checked, re-import and re-create rate cards and rates but still I having the following issue
any Idea how to debug or fix the issue:

Jun 25 09:10:57 main php: file:Class.A2Billing.php - line:1017 - uniqueid:4435223358.1476 - ERROR ::> RateEngine didnt succeed to match the dialed number over the ratecard (Please check : id the ratecard is well create ; if the removeInter_Prefix is set according to your prefix in the ratecard ; if you hooked the ratecard to the Call Plan)

Hi

Make sure:-
[list=]your rate table is in date.
your rate is in date
your rate table is attached to the call plan
Your customer is attached to the callplan
There is a rate for the destination.[/list]

I have checked what so ever that you mentioned , those are correctly configured. I assume there are some customers that they dialing 011 with out 0 a call flow like 1144 not 011 44 and I did not allow that call to go.

in addition I am facing a new issue as following:

I made 3 rate plans, rate plans named AA004 , AA005 and FLAT , I put 1 $ connection charge for rate plan AA004 to add the connection to the customer whom are in the AA004 rate plan. but I have seen so many calls billed 1 $ for the customers who are in the AA005 and FLAT and it is randomly not to all calls.

Any Idea what is the issue ?

DIND = All , Prefix = All in all rate plan,

Hi

This is a well tested area of A2Billing, so I doubt that it is random, more likely one of the issues, or similar to the issues outlined above.

Do use the rate simulator to check that you are using the expected rate for the customer and destination, this will help you identify issues before you commit the rates live.
