Dear everybody
Hope you doing well. I have a a2billing latest version. I am using this for Home phone service in ireland. So i have lot of DID numbers which i gave 1 to my every customer. And i connect them with a linksys phone adapter.

Everything going perfect. But When i make a call to any mobile from my SIP phone then if the mobile person hang up before me i hear a IVR .. PLEASE ENTER THE DESTINATION NUMBER FOLLOWED BY POUND OR HASH KEY. All i want when the mobile person hang up before me the whole call need to hangup. How do i Fix it?

Hello,

in your agi-conf configure:

Try Count number_try 1

and try again

I think this is issue related to your service package. You should consult with asterisk2billing for this issue they can better help in this matter.
