 Post subject: AUTHENTICATION REFUSED, please check your user/password.

Reinstalled the asterisk now 11.xxxx and a2billing 1.9.4. A2billing will not allow admin or agent to login. Error: AUTHENTICATION REFUSED, please check your user/password! . The password is correct . It came from the mysql password. Put the password in the in a2billing config file port is 3306, dbname mya2billing, user: root,password:password. Need suggestion to log in try to login as admin but keep getting error. Notice that we I check to see if msql has started. I type in service mysql stop or start get: mysql: unrecognized service

You may want to try the CORRECT forum section for help. If you can't even bother to read what part of the forum you are even in, maybe you should not be using a2billing.
