Can someone help me by explaining the procedure to set up a2billing to receive calls from a different country than the one that my server resides in.

For example, i want to get a local number in a foreign country and have this number call into my system via a2billing but i don't know how to set this up.

Can someone provide me with a step by step procedure to chieve this?

i did it like this :

my server is in germany, i have a virtual number that points to the ip of my server.

in extensions.conf :

exten => 34912******,1,Answer
exten => 34912******,2,Wait,2
exten => 34912******,3,DeadAGI,a2billing.php
exten => 34912******,4,Wait,2
exten => 34912******,5,Hangup

(****** are 6 numbers ofcourse)

when i call that number i will get connected to my server

I assume that the virtual numbers are provided by companies in the foreign country and they would direct the calls coming in on that number to the IP address of your server.

So from what you are saying i need to find companies that supply virtual numbers and allows me to set the ip address to my server.
