I had the problem when calling mobile phones in certain countries, that it took a lot time before answering, and finally after it was ringing two times, a2b answered
"The number is not answering ...".
I solved that riddle by increasing the ringing time-out value in
a2billing.conf:

dialcommand_param="|90|HL(%timeout%:61000:30000)"
So with the above modification, it would allow 90 seconds to ring (instead of 30, which is the default) before dropping the line.
I thought, others might have experienced such problem and therefore I am posting it here for info.
