I am starting out with A2B, and would like to get some feedback on its performance and general usage.
In particular, I was wondering how most of you are using your systems?
-Strictly PBX - internal calls only for your organization?
-DID sales + Local Service - if so, how did you get around having to supply all your users with Analog Telephone Adapters (ATA)?
-YakTel - If so, how did you get your local phone company (or Bell) to become a Third Party Billing Agent? How did you deal with the CRTC/FCC?
-Callback Service Provider - If so, how do you handle concurrent calls?
-Calling Card Service - If so, how did you get around the limited # of concurrent channels offered by most providers?
-In general, how are you finding the business, with respect to billing your customers? Are you using PayPal? Are you doing Pre-Billing, or Post-Billing?
