Hi all,
I did an error creating rates (inserting prefix interval). So now, I have more than 1500 rates created.
I need to delete all this rates.
I tryed to use phpmyadmin but I don't know hot to search cc_ratecard database (in cc_ratecard the rates and prefix are stored).
How can I delete all the database? Deleting one by one takes too many time! :(
I attached the screenshot of phpmyadmin first page.

@stavros: I sent you a pm, I don't know you received it

Yes, please refrain in future; I've never used phpmyadmin and this isn't the place to ask for help with using it.

You can do this from within the A2B interface. Use 'Batch Update'.

Sorry but I dont understand how to use it...
I have the list with the rates; then I select "BATCH UPDATE"; I select ratecard (option 2); I select BATCH UPDATE RATECARD;message appears: Could not perform the batch update!

can you explain me how to delete all rates using "batch update"?

Thanks

Sorry, I was mis-remembering the interface. You need to use 'Search rates' not 'Batch update'. After your first search an option to 'delete all' will appear.

Hi

Sometimes, its easier to delete the rate table, which will delete all associated rates as well.

Thanks,
but I found the answer myself.
The "delete all" button is hidden inside the "Search rates" box
