Hi, i have a question about trunk failovers.
I'm having ( my customers are having ) problems making calls. I know many things depend on terminating provider - ASR and etc. So i guess that is why we have trunk failovers.
In order to set it up - i just specify failover trunk in a trunk set up.
Sounds easy, but i seems like it doesn't always work.
I look at my crd - i get busy, noaswer, chanunavai, cancel.
I even adjusted ring time - made it ring longer from 30 sec to 1 min.
So when does failover supposed to kick in?????????????????
So can someone tell me what do those causes mean and what are the solutions to have reliable system.
My guess
Busy - phone number you are calling busy????
Noanswer - nobody pickep up the phone????
Channelunavailable - trunk is busy, so what happened to trunk failover???
Cancel - cancel by who?????
