 Post subject: Is there a way to make A2billing Softphone pinless

If I create SIP extensions in freepbx, the calls are not processed by A2billing. So, the best way to make calls prepaid for softphones was to create SIP friends in A2billing, but these SIP accounts need a pin everytime, and this is not desirable. If customer has his account info then he should be able to place calls online without having to enter his pin. How to accomplish this?

If the phone is correctly registered, and you have CLID Enable set to no in the agi-conf, no pin should be prompted for.
