Greetings all,

Incoming DID not going to voice mail

We have an incoming DID being passed to A2Billing from FreePBX and if we are logged in to our account in A2Billing the phone rings and all is OK. We have also done the same thing, by setting a destination and sending the call back to a FreePBX extension, that also works.

However when the account is off-line (we have setup a destination to go to a FreePBX extension), the call does not go to voice mail, the call just fails. Anyone know why and if we are doing this the wrong way, how do we get voicemail on FreePBX to kick in ?

We have tried both ways – having a FreePBX extension and logging into that and also logging into an A2Billing account, neither work. We even have tried different priorities, anyone know why this does not work.
