Hi all,
Today, I have connected to test a new provider. But I have configured their trunk with IP and protocol SIP.
When I use client to call via their trunk but it has always "CHANNEL UNAVAILABLE"
This is the first problem that I have seen. Because I have connected 3 others providers via SIP trunk, but it doesn't have any same problem of connection.

So I try to use TCPdump to capture SIP packet via port 5060. So I don't see SIP INVITE message from my server sent to their trunk. In this trace, it has only OPTION message. But their trunk replies OPTIONS message to my server : message 200 OK.
My question :
1) Is their trunk always unavailable or failover ?

2) Or my configuration is not correct ? But I think that my server connects 3 other trunks of other provider, and all connections is good.

Thank in advance for all helps!
Best regards,
Ryan.

Sorry, I don't know this problem of error. But I delete this trunk and add another trunk. It runs well.

Best regards,
Ryan.
