I configured A2Billing as a wholesale switch following guides on this forum and everything works just fine.

The only problem I have is that when there's no valid destination for the call to go through because this destination is unavailable for a specific customer (prefix not loaded to ratecard) or becuase all trunks return congestion, Asterisk reject the call with SIP message "603 Declined". (allways!)

The right rejection cause should be "404 Not Found" when no ratecard is matched, and "503 Service Unavailable" when provider trunks are full.

Does anyone knows if there's a way to acomplish this?
