I'm using "Provider Tech" = LOCAL on provider trunks because I need to set some variables before dialing the real SIP provider.
Everything works fine, except that Asterisk returns "603 Declined" instead of the cause returned by the real destination SIP provider.

Any Ideas?

I already tried adding /n for the Dial command that executes the LOCAL channel, but no luck.

Please help!!!

Thanks in advance!

Hi

You can define the trunk in Asterisk and refer to it by name in A2Billing.

Thanks Joe.

That's exactly what I'm doing.
I have a context named [trunk1] on my extensions.conf and under a2billing I have configured:
Provider Tech: LOCAL
Provider IP: trunk1

It's woking fine but I guess that because of using a LOCAL channel, Asterisk treats the call in a different way, as a2billing's AGI executes the call.
I don't know why :(

Hi

Why are you using Local, not SIP or IAX2? What sort of trunk is [trunk1]
