Hi,

I have been testing voucher recharge through IVR using a Xlite client. I entered voucher through IVR and listened the success response but the voucher status was not updated on A2billing and it still shows "NOT USED". However if I attempt to load that voucher again it plays authentication failed message.
Please help what is wrong here
