How can I create a new account using Call-Id from Mobile # in two steps
and also how can i click refill just using Call-id or creating refill using just call-id

I other words i have a someone that wants to be able to have someone walking in to his shop
for pinless dialling and wants to be a to enter his mobile # and if it exist enter the refill amount and press enter to add funds to the customer acct and if the customer does not have an accT he is prompt to create and acct with the call-id of the cell-phone with the funds press enter all is done
I can i get to acommplish this oh by the way his currently using a diffrent web interface for this i would prefer to acomplish this only in a2billing without messing with the inteface if that is possible
