Hi everyone,

I am actually stuck with a dumb question trying to find out how the billing works. I am trying to set up 60/90 billing, where calls up to 60 seconds will be charged as 60 sec. calls, and each minute thereafter will be charged in 90 second billing blocks. So here are the details of my set-up:

RATE: $0.10
SELLRATE MIN DURATION: 60
SELLRATE BILLING BLOCK: 90

So for a 2:24 call to this destination I see the following charge: 0.30, while I expect to charge 0.10 + 0.15 + 0.15 =0.40. For a 01:09 call I see 0.15, while I expect to see 0.25. Any idea what is the logic behind?

2) Does A2B allow do grace period, i.e. do not charge for the initial numbers of seconds and then start to charge after that? I somehow figured out that it is possible to do it using step charge mechanism, but it didn't work out.

I did some testing with the progressive rates, where I wanted the first 20 seconds to be free of charge for the customer, the next 21-60 seconds would be charged as 1 minute block, and the rest of the call would be charged at 90 second blocks. Never worked. In the attached file you can see the file settings and testing results.

Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
