 Post subject: Customer Status "Wait-Pay"?

Hi

We are running a2billing 1.9.3 on elastix distribution.

We have configured call plans, associated packages (free minutes) and corresponding subscription service.

1) The first problem is that the customer's status remains as “Wait-Pay” even after payment is made through the admin portal. Is it supposed to work this way, or I am missing something in the configuration.

2) The other problem is that the customer can make calls on calling plan even if subscription has NOT been paid or account balance is ZERO, and the status is "Activated".
I know we can prevent that from doing such by changing the status to something else, but isn't it more logical to check for both i.e. status and payment. May be I am missing something here.
