Hi

a2billing v1.9.4

I have total 333,181 rates assigned to three Rates Cards, i.e. Carrier-A-US, Carrier-A-International, Carrier-B-US. Out of these, I have assigned tag ("US numbers") to selected US Dialing codes, 316,150 rates tagged with "US numbers".

Now when I create package and try to assign rates (using the batch assigned process) to a package tagged with "US numbers", the system becomes unresponsive and does not notify if the process is successful or not. Afterwards, if I click "Add Rates" button against a package, it also shows nothing but a blank page.

When I checked the backend database table "cc_package_rate" to verify if there has been any records inserted, it shows total count of 173,214 records instead of 316,150.

Can someone help as to what and where to debug to find the problem, why rates are not being properly added to a package and why the package batch assigned process does not work.

Thanks

Hi

I'm not clear what you are doing, if you could do a step by step, what you clicked that caused the problem, that may help.

Is it possible that PHP is timing our - does your apache error logs give any clues.

Hi Joe

Your are spot on, thanx, it was indeed php related issue. However, once I adjusted the php timing, a2billing backend still did not load all the records in the mysql. So I split the uploading into two, and it worked.

Quick question, When you delete a package offer, should the system not automatically delete all the rates associated with the package i.e. in cc_package_rate table? I deleted the packages, but records still exist in cc_package_rate..

Hi

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to this. However, it may be as well to test on clean install where you have not got any artifacts and failed uploads.

Hello iceburg,

Can you tell me where you tweaked the php settings and how you got all the rates loaded?

I am trying to create a free North American package with many rates. I load the rates using the BATCH ASSIGNED feature, but after getting several rates into the list, the page no longer loads properly. It only shows a blank page. I've tried reloading the page, logging out and back in, nothing helps. The package is incomplete and cannot be accessed anymore using the GUI.

Thanks for any suggestions! :)
