 Post subject: Receipts and Invoices

Hello all,
I am not understanding the difference between receipts and invoice.
What I can see is that receipts sums all the calls for the period (from one invoice day to the next one). Theorically, this amount should be applied to the invoice...but it is not....(i am not talking about roundings, the differences I found are very huge)

please, could anyone clarify this?
