What makes Vonage disconnect for few seconds and come back? Is it possible phone battries need replacement, or is it Vonage? This problem had been happening for a while now, old router and after we bought a new router..It's basically whether we call or receive calls phone has to at least connection drops for few seconds [meaning complete silence] then call is back as if nothing happened; sometimes it takes longer time. What might have been the problem?
