Dash Board and Call Center Reporting

Hi All;

I know that a2billing is used as a Billing, but I decided really to ask this question although it might be a stupied question

I am running asterisk 1.8 and using it for call center, can I use a2billing to generate reports for call center and having dash board displaying real time data (how many agents currently logged in and how many calls in the queue, ... etc)? Or a real time data as: how many calls are running running?
