All;
I am using A2B version 1.9.4 and Asterisk 1.6.2. I'm trying to come up to speed with A2B, but I have a question. How can an administrator add money to a customer account? Actually, I have two questions. When adding a customer, what does the option "SIMULTANEOUS ACCESS" do?
Any insight at all would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks;
FSD

For an admin to add money just find the customer and click on the green money icon to the right of the account number

Normally you want to set customers to individual access, NOT simultaneous access. Simultaneous means that a calling card holder can use different phones and use the calling card at the same time and place calls - this is a scam that goes on with a lot of calling card companies, because the balance isn't deducted until after you hang up the call.
If you are using a2b for sip trunking, that's when you would normally set the customer to simulnateous access

This is good information. Thank you for the input. In my scenario, I don't have people making the calls, I have an autodialer that will be making many, many calls per minute. So, in this case I think it would be necessary to have simultaneous calls set to yes.
Thanks;
Frank
